Cross-learning

Exposure visits are being organized for the district level health staff within the same state and in different IPSI demonstration districts to understand innovations and newer processes used to significantly improve quality of care. This includes certification process and service delivery. These visits are typically of 2-3 days each and are undertaken after receiving permissions from the Govt authorities. Post the visit, IPSI partners are organizing learning sessions where the participants share with the district leadership on what they learnt and what they can include in their district plan to improve quality.

Three such visits have been undertaken in the period of April-June 2024. These visits were aimed at understanding NQAS certification strategies of the well-performing districts.
