A two-day training program was organized in Tura, West Garo Hills, from 13th to 14th October. The Coaching Program is an 8-month program with eight modules, and the training for which will be conducted in a phased manner.
Coaching Primary Health Teams
The Coaching Program in Tura, West Garo Hills, is an 8-month structured, evidence-based mentoring model in which PHC staff and district health authorities coach affiliated Health and Wellness Centres.
The Coaching Primary Health Team Program is a team-based coaching program aimed at strengthening the 27 teams of healthcare providers at the Sub-Health Centre (HWC), comprising Mid-Level Health Providers (MLHP), Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANM), Multipurpose Workers (MPW), and Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA).
