A cross-learning visit was organized for the Meghalaya Health Department team and Indian Institute of Public Health- Shillong (IIPHS) to Bhavnagar, Gujarat, from July 14-16 July 2025. The purpose of the visit was for the Meghalaya team to observe the SATHI Mentoring Program currently being implemented at the Sub-Health Centre (HWC) level and draw insights into the Coaching pilot being planned at the PHC level in Meghalaya.

A three-day exposure visit for Kalahandi district team was held on April 28-30 to the Sundergarh district.
One of the focus areas of the IPSI is to support NQAS certification of primary healthcare facilities and improve the comprehensive primary health care in the district of Bhavnagar.
The National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification is an important government initiative to improve and maintain quality standards at public sector health facilities in India.
IPSI project is providing support to the demonstration districts for improving NQAS certification. One of the strategies adopted for this includes cross-learning visits to other districts that have performed well in NQAS certification.
