IPSI is planning a study to evaluate the impact of NQAS certification at HWCs in 2 districts across Gujarat and Odisha. The study aims to examine the impact of NQAS certification on the quality of services that catchment populations receive. The study will specifically assess differences between certified and non-certified facilities on facility readiness, quality of care, and coverage and utilization of the service delivery packages at HWCs. We will use a matched cross-sectional design to compare facilities on these service quality outcomes. The evaluation with entail a facility and community survey and will be conducted over the next 6 months.
