Dolly joined the Indian Institute of Public Health, Shillong as a Project Coordinator in November 2022 and is now working in the capacity of a State Project Coordinator at IIPH Shillong.

She comes with a vast operations experience and started her career with GE Capital (now Genpack), followed by Countrywide Financial Corporation (now Bank Of America) as a Process Lead. With a keen interest in teaching and training, she shifted roles to a Senior Process Trainer whilst being awarded as a Certified Trainer from The City and Guilds of London Institute with a Certificate of Unit Credit towards International Certificate in Training Skills. This role opened opportunities as a Consultant Trainer with the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Technology at Higher Colleges of Technology,Abu Dhabi,UAE. Her interests in public health systems is the driving force behind exploring opportunities at IIPH Shillong as a Project Coordinator with projects like Meghalaya Health Systems Strengthening Project, Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan Project, Asha Time Motion Study and the most recent India Primary Health Care Support Initiative.
