Swetali is a dedicated Public Health professional with a Master’s in Public Health from the Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar. She has gained extensive experience through her internships and dissertation at ICMR Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC), Bhubaneswar, where she contributed to studies on non-communicable diseases, tobacco use among women in urban slums, and diabetes in pregnancy. Her dissertation focused on implementing a structured home-based exercise program for older adults with knee osteoarthritis in rural Odisha, emphasizing feasibility, adherence, and community-based care. Along with strong skills in data analysis and systematic reviews, she has actively engaged in diverse public health research studies and fieldwork. She is keen to bridge research into practice, with a strong commitment to strengthening health systems and improving community health outcomes.
