Dr. Trilochan Bhoi (PT) is a Public Health Researcher and Health System Strengthening Expert. He has completed Masters in Public Health (MPH) from ICMR-RMRC, Bhubaneswar and has previously worked as a Consultant-National Health Mission (NHM)/Tribal Health Cell at Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), New Delhi. He is well versed with all the Central Health Schemes/Programmes such as NHM (including RMNCH+A, NCD, NDCP & HSS), PM ABHIM, XV FC and ECRP at National level as well as monitoring and evaluation of those schemes/programmes in the grass root level. Also proficient in conducting and monitoring original research, bio-statistical analysis using different statistical software and field staff training. He has more than 8 years’ experience in Public Health and Research.
